What is Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a beautiful holistic therapy that uses gentle muscle monitoring to identify imbalances within the body & support overall health & wellbeing. It is based on the understanding that the body, mind & emotions are all interconnected, & that stress or imbalance in one area can affect the whole person.
Kinesiology draws on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine
( TCM ) which describes a vital life force known as Qi ( chee ). According to TCM, Qi flows through a network of Meridian pathways that nourish & connect the body's organ systems. Each Meridian is associated with specific physical, emotional & energetic functions.
When the flow of Qi becomes disrupted or imbalanced, it may contribute to physical discomfort, emotional stress, fatigue, reduced vitality or a sense of being out of balance.
Through muscle monitoring , Kinesiology helps to identify areas where the body may be experiencing stress & provides insights into what supports may be needed to restore balance.
Every Kinesiology session is tailored to the individual & may include a variety of balancing techniques designed to support the body's natural healing processes. The aim is to promote harmony within the mind body & soul, enhance well being & empower individuals to start or continue with their own healing story.

About Lou
I am a Diploma qualified Kinesiologist & Reiki Master who is based on the Sunshine Coast.
I believe every person carries a unique healing story & that healing is not a destination but an ongoing journey of awareness, reconnection & empowerment.
My passion is supporting both children & adults as they navigate their own healing story, helping them find greater balance, wellbeing & inner peace.
My path into holistic health has been shaped by both professional experience & personal transformation. Having navigated my own cancer journey , I experienced first hand the profound support that Kinesiology & Reiki can provide during life's most challenging times. This personal experience deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection & strengthened my commitment to helping others reconnect with their own innate capacity for healing & growth.
Alongside my qualifications in Kinesiology & Reiki, I have completed further studies in Kids Kinesiology, Primitive Reflex Integration, Australian Bush Flower Remedies. I also bring more than 30years of experience working with Autistic children & their families.
I specialise in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, grief, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm and a range of other challenges that can affect our overall wellbeing. My approach is compassionate , personalised and focused on identifying the underlying factors that maybe contributing to physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or energetic imbalances.
I believe everyone will face emotional, mental, spiritual or physical challenges at various stages of life. These experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or uncertain how to move forward. By providing a safe & compassionate space, I help clients explore the underlying causes of their challenges, reconnect them to themselves and their self awareness.
My goal is to create a nurturing environment where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to move forward. Together we work towards restoring balance, supporting healing with the mind, body & spirit.
