Return and Refund Policy

At Your Healing Story Kinesiology, your time and wellbeing are deeply valued. To honour both your commitment and ours, we have the following policy in place:

Refunds: Please note that refunds are not offered for booked sessions. Once a session is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. With 24 hours or more, you are welcome to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Changes made within less than 24 hours will result in your appointment being forfeited, and as mentioned above, refunds are not available.
